Pineapple Infused Vodka

I am pretty sure this will be the best flavored vodka you will ever taste.

2 entire pineapples, cut the outer skin off
1 1/2 bottles of vodka, or so
airtight container

Chop and cover the pineapple with vodka in an airtight container.  Have it sit for 7 to 14 days.  This is so delicious you will likely want to drink straight or on the rocks without a mixer.  If you like a less powerful punch, add mineral water or club soda for an adult beverage take on a pineapple soda.

Espresso Martini

This oh-so-scrumptious cocktail can be enjoyed any time of day!  At least that is what I am telling myself.

Espresso Martini:

1 oz. vanilla vodka
1/2 oz. Frangelico
1/2 oz. chocolate or coffee liqueur
1 oz. espresso (or coffee) cold

I think you will love this.

You Gotta Horchata

Horchata is a delicious, sweet, and creamy drink that can be dairy and sugar free!  Here's a tasty, healthy, and easy recipe...

Horchata:

8 oz. rice milk
Dash cinnamon
8 drops liquid stevia
Ice, crushed
Cinnamon stick (optional)

Stir or shake vigorously. You can serve with a cinnamon stick as a stirrer if you are feeling fancy.  Enjoy!

Dirty Vodka Martini

This drink is quite enjoyable after the end of a long day.  The olive brine gives it a slightly salty note that curbs the kick of the vodka.  Like in any martini, gin, can be used in lue of the vodka.

Dirty Vodka Martini:

3 oz. vodka (or gin)
2 tsp. dry white vermouth
1 tsp. olive brine
Garnish with an olive or 3

Sugar & Chemical Free Lemonade/ Limeade

This is by far one of my favorite drinks!  It just so happens to be extremely low in caleries, no sugar, and has Vitamin C and essential minerals that your body needs to work at it's optimum function.  Liquid stevia can be found at almost any health food store.  There are other versions of stevia on the market, but for drinks liquid stevia is the best option.  Powdered stevia tends to turn bitter, but the liquid version in moderation does not have that flavor.  It can be easily combined with any liquid.

Lemon or Limeade (Sugar & Chemical Free):

1 small (or 1/2 large) lemon or lime freshly juiced
8 ounces mineral water or spring water
Approximate 7 drops of liquid stevia

Pour over ice and stir.  Try adding some lemon, lime, or pink lemonade flavored vodka for a little extra kick!

The Sour Grape

Like any liquid recipe, have fun exploring with new ingredients and quanitities to make a drink that suits your specific taste. Quality ingredients do make a difference, but you can always substitute if needed. When at all possible use a Vitamix or high quality juicer to create your own juice from scratch.

So this is a recipe that I have had published in in PhanFood: From the Kitchen Pot to the Tour Lot.  This non-alcoholic drink can be enjoyed by people of all ages.  It can be a little bit sour, so cut back on the apple cider vinegar if it is not to your liking.  In addition to being a delicious drink, the ingredient apple cider vinegar is very healing, and helps the body maintain a proper pH level.  Drink this drink everyday for good health!

The Sour Grape:
3 parts pure grape juice (no sugar added)
2 parts spring water (can sub mineral water for fizz)
1 splash apple cider vinegar
