This drink is quite enjoyable after the end of a long day. The olive brine gives it a slightly salty note that curbs the kick of the vodka. Like in any martini, gin, can be used in lue of the vodka.
Dirty Vodka Martini:
3 oz. vodka (or gin)
2 tsp. dry white vermouth
1 tsp. olive brine
Garnish with an olive or 3
