I am pretty sure this will be the best flavored vodka you will ever taste.
2 entire pineapples, cut the outer skin off
1 1/2 bottles of vodka, or so
airtight container
Chop and cover the pineapple with vodka in an airtight container. Have it sit for 7 to 14 days. This is so delicious you will likely want to drink straight or on the rocks without a mixer. If you like a less powerful punch, add mineral water or club soda for an adult beverage take on a pineapple soda.
